Our Story

This Is Us

Hi, I’m Chelsie—the founder of Life Moments Events—and it’s safe to say I’ve been in the business of creating experiences my whole life. I started in theater as a professional stage manager, and there was nothing more fulfilling than bringing people together to laugh, cry, and feel something real.


That passion carried over into my early career in entertainment and hospitality, where I worked events for multiple professional theatres, Norwegian Cruise Line, Caesars Entertainment and beyond.

 

No matter the job title, the heart of my work was always the same: bringing people together and helping them feel connected, present, and joyful.


After planning everything from large conventions to high-end trainings, I realized something was missing. The magic was gone. It became about logistics, not people.

 

So, I stepped back and asked myself:


  • What if I built a company that only took on clients I genuinely connected with?


  • What if we only planned events that lit me (and my team) up?


  • What if I could create those unforgettable moments again—on my own terms?


And just like that, Life Moments was born.


What started as a passion for weddings—where the pressure is high, emotions are real, and you get one chance to get it right—has now grown into something so much bigger. These days, we plan everything from luxury weddings to multi-day corporate retreats, leadership summits, and full-scale productions. With the right clients and vendors who share our values of connection, trust, and excellence, I’ve found myself falling in love with corporate events again—and thriving in the challenge.


Over the years, we’ve built a team of incredibly talented humans who care as deeply as I do. My husband even jumped in with both feet and helped us evolve into the boutique, reputation-driven company we are today. We’ve grown, we’ve learned, and we’ve refined our process into something we’re truly proud of.


As we head into our next chapter, we’re celebrating with a fresh new look and tighter-than-ever systems. Same heart, same hustle—just elevated.


We only take a handful of events each month so that we can pour everything we’ve got into each one. If you’re the kind of person who wants an elevated, meaningful event—but also doesn’t take yourself too seriously—you’re our kind of people.
