Admin Position - Remote Work - Part-Time
10-15 hrs per week, Potential for Growth 
1 Year Commitment Required 
$10-$15hr, Guaranteed Raises 

Job Description:

Must be 21 or Older 

Administrative experience is helpful but we are willing to train the right person. 

Must provide a reliable computer and internet. 

All software & tools needed to complete your job will be provided by Life Moments. 

  • Overseeing and processing events bookings

  • Arranging and preparing brochures and proposals for inquiries

  • Liaising and working in relation with other departments about customer or client needs or requirements

  • Chasing up calls and efficiently communicating with customers or clients

  • Providing administrative support to the events team

  • Communicating to vendors and clients via email, text, and phone.

  • Implementing & updating systems & processes that support the event staff, clients, & vendors

  • Organizing financial paperwork and final event numbers. Basic bookkeeping. 

  • Organizing samples and previews of all vendor supplies (entertainment, food, drinks, etc)

  • Collecting reviews and portfolio material to update social media and website 

  • Maintaining social media schedule with basic portfolio posts

  • Attracting new clients and maintaining sound and healthy relationships with pre-existing customers or clients through excellent communication, advertising, and feedback.

  • And anything else administrative support needed by the events team. This can and does change daily.

  • Provide event onsite support as needed.
