Jaxson's Story

Jaxsons Journey started in July of 2021.

After several days of feeling lethargic and having numerous nose bleeds, Jaxson was taken to Urgent Care and was told he had a virus and to rest. When these symptoms persisted, he was taken to his primary care doctor for bloodwork. Several hours later we received the devastating call that we needed to go to Primary Children’s Hospital immediately.

He had cancer.

On July 9, 2021 Jaxson was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Jaxson started treatment immediately. Throughout his two and a half years of chemo, blood transfusions, steroids, hospitalizations and all of the ups and downs, Jaxson kept a positive attitude and a smile on his face.

On November 29, 2023 Jaxson “Rang the Bell” and was declared cancer free.

Jaxson has had few opportunities to just be a little boy of the past few years and Jaxson's family him to know how proud we are of him and how much love and support he has by throwing him this party!
